GUEST RULES FOR SILVER BEACH

Welcome to the Silver Beach! We look forward to your upcoming visit and are happy that you\'ve chosen to spend time with us on the gorgeous shores of the Silver Beach.

To ensure the safety, wellbeing and enjoyment of our owners and guests, and to maintain the beauty of our building, grounds, and amenities, we require all guests to observe and abide by the following rules:

  • SMOKING and VAPING are only permitted in the designated and marked smoking areas. Smoking or vaping of any kind is prohibited everywhere else throughout the property (including balconies).
  • QUIET HOURS are from 10:00 p.m. – 9:00 a.m. Excessive noise at any time is not acceptable. During quiet hours, you should not engage in any activity that would prevent others from resting or sleeping.
  • PETS ARE NOT PERMITTED. No guests\' pets of any kind or size are allowed (only condominium owners are permitted to have pets).
  • NO THROWING or POURING ANYTHING OFF A BALCONY or ELEVATED WALKWAY. Violations will result in an immediate ejection from the property.
  • TOWELS, FLAGS, and OTHER SUCH ITEMS may not be hung from balcony railings.
  • PARKING VIOLATIONS may result in your vehicle being ticketed, booted, or towed.
  • NO OPEN FLAMES are permitted in the building or on the balconies (this includes candles, torches, grills, and fireworks). Grills are available for guest use on the ground floor on the east side of the building.
  • ELEVATORS are intended to move guests quickly between floors, not for amusement. Guests who abuse the elevators, or permit their children to do so, will be held financially responsible for any resulting repair costs.
  • GLASS CONTAINERS are prohibited throughout all common areas of the property (including pool areas, fitness facilities, and all outdoor areas).
  • MINIMUM AGE REQUIREMENTS. No children under the age of 14 are permitted in pool areas unless accompanied by a responsible adult.
  • POOL RULES have been established to ensure the safety and enjoyment of all guests using Silver Beach\'s pool amenities. Failure to abide by the posted Pool Rules will result in the loss of pool amenity privileges.
  • ITEMS SHOULD NOT BE LEFT IN WALKWAYS. No items should be left outside your condominium unit in the building\'s walkways (this includes beach chairs, floats, beach wagons, etc.).

Guests who violate these rules, or who behave in a disruptive, illegal, or dangerous manner will be subject to disciplinary actions up to and including ejection from the property, and/or referral to the appropriate law enforcement agencies.

Again, these rules are intended to ensure the safety, wellbeing and enjoyment of our owners and guests, and to maintain the beauty of our building, grounds, and amenities.
